Close to all the main attractions and a 10 minute walk from the main station. Clean apartment and comfortable bed, easy access to keys in lock box when we arrived from instruction via email .

Only 1 pan and no baking trays so if we wanted to cook anything we struggled

The location was the main positive point. The apartment is close to the city center, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. It is a convenient area to stay in, and most things can be reached easily on foot.

The customer service was disappointing. Communication was only possible through chat, and responses often took a long time, which made it difficult to resolve issues quickly during our stay. We also found that the description of the apartment was not accurate, with some important details in the listing not matching the actual situation. When we raised these issues with the host, instead of acknowledging the problem or trying to find a solution, they were defensive and kept insisting that we were wrong. This made the situation even more frustrating, as we were simply trying to clarify the differences between the listing and what was actually provided. I currently have an open support case with Booking.com regarding this matter, as I do not believe this situation should be acceptable. I believe the listing should accurately represent what guests will actually receive, and concerns about significant differences should be properly addressed. Overall, the location was good, but the inaccurate description, slow communication, and the way our concerns were handled affected our experience.
