    Close proximity to a few good local restaurants, walking distance to Guohua street for morning market food, etc. Hotel is clean and functional, spacious. Strong water pressure and hot shower. Comfortable beds. Good value for money.

    Stayed here for 3 nights during our trip to Tainan and really enjoyed the unique character of the hotel. The property is reportedly refurbished from an old fabric factory, and you can somewhat feel that industrial heritage in the design and layout. It gives the hotel a more distinctive boutique feel compared to standard chain hotels, which added to the overall experience. The location is very good for exploring Tainan’s food scene, with many local eateries within walking distance. However, since public transport in Tainan is not very convenient, we ended up using Uber for most of our trips around the city. The fares were still reasonable, so it was not an issue. The room had a tatami-style setup, which made it feel more traditional and relaxed. It was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a short stay. Breakfast was included and had about five set options. We tried three during our stay and found them pretty good overall, especially considering it is a smaller boutique hotel rather than a large buffet-style property. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with strong character, good location for food exploration, and a relaxed boutique atmosphere.
