The house is located near Cavi Borgo, a small village on the sea, in fact the beach can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes. It overlooks via Antica Romana, a street with little traffic and very quiet, also recommended for a relaxing walk in the countryside; being part of longer routes, which can lead to different locations, including the panoramic hamlet of Santa Giulia.
On the same street stands the 18th century church dedicated to the Immaculate Conception.
The entrance door is recognizable by one of the very few bas-reliefs depicting Santa Giulia present in our area; to access the apartment you have to go up a typical slate staircase. The house consists of a dining room with Tv; an eat-in kitchen equipped with fridge, hob, oven, kettle, microwave and everything needed for cooking, including detergents, towels and tablecloth; a living room with a double sofa bed and Tv; 3 bedrooms: one with two single beds, the second with a double bed and a single sofa bed and the last with a double bed, all equipped with bed linen and blankets; two bathrooms with shower or bathtub and bidet, towels, shampoo-shower and hairdryer are also provided; an anteroom where there is a washing machine, iron and cleaning accessories. Amenities include free use of Wi-Fi. The outdoor spaces include a balcony overlooking an olive grove and a small courtyard, located on the ground floor, where there is a small barbecue. From two bedrooms you can enjoy a pleasant sea view.
The first bus stop is about 100 meters away, while the Cavi railway station is about 400 meters away (the Lavagna and Sestri Levante stations are a couple of kilometers away). The area is full of interesting places to visit including 5 Terre, Lerici, Levanto, Portovenere and Santa Margherita, Portofino, Camogli and Genoa "la Superba" which houses the large aquarium.
