Beautiful home and a lovely house!

This is a beautiful home. It was very comfortable and had a beautiful interior. The view was lovely and is great for a relaxing evening on the balcony. Michela was super kind and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift. Super thoughtful!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. However, if you don’t have a car, it may be difficult for you to get around.

It was wonderful. Very clean, very tidy and our host was waiting for us with a bottle of prosecco. I was wondering if it could be cold the property however our host has already thought about it. We were really well accommodated.

Marvelous home with a stunning view of the sea

Completely everything was perfect: every detail of the apartment is chosen with a perfect taste of design, everything is very comfortable, the rooms are large and full of natural light, even the bathroom has a large window. The kitchen is very cosy and comfortable, you feel there like home. The apartment has an isolated entrance from the backyard and has a balcony, from which you can see a marvelous view of the sea. And finally, the host is a brilliant human, who is very helpful and kind.

Relaxing well located and clean apartment

Great location to explore both Cinque Terre and Portofino from. Nice big apartment so plenty of space and it had a washing machine - big plus travelling with kids. view from terrace is relaxing and looks out at the sea. communication from the host was easy and she was very prompt and helpful. A really easy experience all round. Thank you for your hard work and hospitality 😀

Charming apartment with beautiful views

Casa Perla is extremely well equipped with everything you could need. It is situated amongst the olive groves with a steep but charming walk to the sea, and also a beautiful view . An hours drive to Cinque Terre, it made a great base from which to explore the region. The hostess was super welcoming and very helpful.

All the charming decorations of Casa Perla, and our family of young children did mean we were constantly worried about breaking something!

Everything! The location, the view, the apartment interior, the equipment, all that and many more on a very high level. We enjoyed our stay extremely! And of course the owners. Friendly, open, with a lot of advices and good humor. Thank you very much!!

Beatiful and unique experience

Beatiful and unique place. Excepcional experience. Relaxation in the mountain and in the same time hearing the waves as you sit on the couch. Very clean and spacious. The hosts were very polite, they even drove us to the next city for free, to catch the train. They even gave us Proseco for welcome. We were little bit worried that it is high in the mountain, but acctualy there are secret stairs that bring you to the beach for 5mins. Stronngly recommended

Perfect for our family of 5+1. Michela was very kind and attentive to our requests. We had a great stay. Well located in a quiet area among the olive groves. Very clean and well thought of decors. Great views to wake up to. We will plan to be back.

Výborný poměr ceny a výkonu. Obzvlášť pokud chcete také cestovat a nejen ležet na nejbližší pláži.

Výborná lokalita. Ač jsme spíše navštěvovali pláže v blízkém Sestri Levante, nejbližší pláž je dolů po schodek dosažitelná pěšky přímo z ubytování. Ubytování nabízí parkování přímo před domem, což jsem těžko v této oblasti hledala. Výhodou je také blízkost dálnice, jsou snáze dosažitelná místa na ligurském pobřeží, která jsou jako stvořená pro výlety. Ubytování je prostorné a má velký balkon s výhledem na moře.

Uvítali bychom lepší/ větší vybavení kuchyně zejména stolním nádobím.

Tolle Wohnung, traumhafter Ausblick!

Michela, die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und wäre bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut eingerichtet, mit allem was man benötigt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten am Strand, jedoch ist der Aufstieg den Weg hoch schon etwas anstrengend, wenn man es nicht gewohnt ist. Wir sind meistens mit dem Auto runter gefahren und haben immer einen kostenfreien Parkplatz ergattert. Wir fanden es so toll, dass wir wiederkommen werden.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Privé parkeerplaats, prachtig uitzicht, 3 slaapkamers, loopafstand van strand (en meteen een mooie workout), lieve host, geweldige enthousiaste opa boven je in het appartement.

DÉPLORABLE

En voyage seule avec mes 3 enfants dans un pays étranger, la propriétaire me demande à 17h54 de ne pas venir avant 21h en raison d'une coupure de courant liée à l'orage, sans certitude du rétablissement. Ainsi, je lui demande d'annuler et effectuer le remboursement car nous avions besoin de rentrer nous reposer, manger , laver etc... celle ci refuse et s'énerve en écrivant que sa maison n'est pas une cabane sans électricité. J'ai trouvé un autre logement que j'ai pu rejoindre aussitôt, la propriétaire, malgré le fait qu'elle ai été contactée par booking suite à mon appel , a refusé un quelconque remboursement !!! Très honteuse cette personne et encore plus quand on se retrouve à la rue, sous la pluie et la grêle avec des enfants !

Värdinnan var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig. Huset låg lugnt med fantastisk utsikt över Medelhavet. Via en gång med trappor nådde man en mycket fin strand på sex-sju minuter.

Un soggiorno davvero incantevole! Il posto è molto tranquillo e offre un panorama spettacolare sul mare (cenato sul balcone al tramonto). La casa super pulita, ampia e accogliente. La proprietaria è stata di una gentilezza squisita, sempre attenta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Altamente raccomandato!

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach fantastisch. Nur noch getoppt von der Aufmerksamkeit und der Mühe, die sich die Vermieterin gemacht hat.

Logement exceptionnel et très bien situé

Superbe appartement dans maison au calme,avec vue magnifique sur la.mer et les alentours.Logement bien équipé et spacieux.Nous avons séjourné à 4 pour la fin d année, beaucoup d espaces,balcon face à la mer très appréciable,terrasse sur l arrière..Rien ne manquait (plusieurs machines à café, lave linge,lave vaisselle,tout ce qu il faut pour la cuisine),on s y sent comme chez soi.La literie était également parfaite.Nous avons été très bien accueillis et reviendrons avec plaisir.Le parking en face de la maison est aussi très appréciable, tellement il est difficile de se garer en Italie.Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Idealement situépour aller de portofino aux cinque terres ou même à Gênes. Merci pour tout.

Casa Perla má svoj osobitý štýl, je to skvelé ubytovanie.

V Casa Perla sme boli ubytovaní štyria dospelí, mali sme v dome celé jedno poschodie pre seba., celý štvorizbový byt. Synovia mali každý svoju izbu, ďalej spálňa, obývačka, dlhá chodba a veľká kuchyňa so všetkým príslušenstvom. Cítili sme sa tam ako doma, veľa priestoru, každý keď chcel mať súkromie, mal ho. V dome je predná terasa na rannú kávičku a je tam aj zadná terasa na večerný drink :-) Tie výhľady na more boli fascinujúce. Je tam kľud a v dome cítiť obrovskú pohodu. Mali sme vyhradené parkovacie miesto priamo pred domom. Toto ubytovanie je na výbornom mieste. Domáca Michela bola veľmi starostlivá a milá, ochotná nám s hocičím pomôcť.

Možno do budúcna by som uvažovala o klimatizácii, nebola tam, ale zasa v každej izbe bol k dispozícii ventilátor.

Absolute Herzlichkeit

Man mietet hier keine Ferienwohnung, sondern eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, die mehr als genug Platz bietet. Die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin hat aber alles übertroffen, aufgrund der Herzlichkeit hätten wir über Vieles hinweggesehen - dies war aber gar nicht nötig.

Man muss zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten laufen, dafür hat man seine Ruhe und einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, das muss jeder für sich entscheiden und Prioritäten setzen, wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hier buchen.
