Cool soothing blue apartment

Very clean and comfortable.had everything I needed. 5 min walk to beach public or private. Restaurants pharmacy etc within 5 mins. 25 min walk to town with a bus stop outside the door that runs regularly into town or to sistre lavante for only 1 euro 80. Nice balcony's. Very nice place.

Firm mattress but that seems common in these areas.

Déception Totale

L emplacement.

La liste va etre longue... Sale. Mal entretenu . Le froid rentre par tout dans la maison aucune isolation. Équipement moyen. Et le pompon lit casser dont le parental, nous avons du dormir avec le matelas au sol! Avec des enfants. Et l agence qui s occupe de ce bien nous a trouver aucune solution et laisser sans réponse. Merci booking pour leur geste ...seule point positif

A mosogatogéamp és a kis grill sütő.Közel volt a buszmegálló.

A koszos ajtók és es ablakok. A koszos függöny. A penészes zuhanyrózsa. A fürdőszobában megalló víz nagyon balesetveszélyes.A konyhai székek hullanak szét ha hozzáér az ember.Kértünk gyerek ágyat de helyette egy kanapét kaptunk a nappaliban megágyazva .Kicsi gyerek nem is tudta használni leesett volna róla.Régi koszos padlóburkolatok.Rozsdás székek.A rozsdás ruhaszárító befogta a fehér polómat is.

Poteva andare meglio, peccato

La posizione è molto comoda perché è vicina al mare ed è disponibile di ogni servizio. Il check in è stato molto semplice e chiaro e il proprietario disponibile.

La struttura non era in ottime condizioni purtroppo. I letti erano scomodi e la biancheria aveva un cattivo odore, inoltre il soffitto si scrostava in alcuni punti.

Tutto:disordinato ,molto sporco,arredato malissimo in un letto rotto… Non c’è nemmeno il bidet!!! Una doccia che bisogna asciugare tutto il bagno quando si è finito!!!!riscaldamento con split che non funziona!!! Il cornetto in cucina che fa scintille!!! Il frigo spirco con un ordire imbarazzante e i cassetti del frigo pieni di acqua!!!! Posate e piatti sporchi. Per terra in tutta la casa un pavimento in plastica sporco e rattoppato……per ultimo ma non per ultimo l’ascensore non è utilizzabile perché necessita di chiave che non ci e’ stata consegnata

Bequemes Bett, Küche gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine. Lage gut für Besuche zwischen Genua und Cinque Terre, Bushaltestelle unmittelbar beim Haus.

viele kaputte Glühbirnen, ein WLan, das keine Verbindung zum Internet hatte. Beides der Agentur gemeldet, aber es hat nichts geändert. 2 Balkone, die durch Fassadenarbeiten nicht nutzbar waren, was auch für die private. Parkplätze zutraf, weil dort das Gerüst stand. Durch das Gerüst war es in der gesamten Wohnung Recht düster, was durch die schlechte vorhandene Beleuchtung nicht ausgeglichen werden konnte. Die angegebenen Pflegeprodukte waren sehr spärlich vorhanden (2 Einmalportionen Duschgel und eine kleine Seife).

Posizione vicino a varie spiaggie e vicino al treno.

Stanze piene di foto e armadi pieni di roba. In cucina odore e cappa che a momenti resta in mano. Arredamento tutto rovinato e lampadari sporchi per non parlare dei vetri. Quando si fa la doccia l'acqua andava ovunque e per rientrare bisognava aspettare che si asciugasse. Parcheggio auto c'erano i ponteggi (step 10 nella foto)e per entrate nel garage ancora causa ponteggi si è rischiato di sfrisare l'auto,ho contattato tramite messaggio se avevano un alternativa,mi hanno risposto che sentivano quelli della zona per poi non farsi più sentire!Allego chat
