The Emerald will steal your heart. Immaculately cared for and updated to maintain her vintage charm, this 1920’s gem is located in a historically preserved neighborhood which is home to OU’s Medical Community and just steps from the Governor’s Mansion and Capitol. Five-minute drive to downtown, OKC, the Paycom Center, Scissortail Park, Boathouse District, and Midtown, with easy access to OKC’s major highways. Comfortably sleeps 6 in beds: 2 kings, 2 twin beds (there is an air mattress best suited for children that can sleep 2 more and a pack-n-play).

Met up with a couple friends and their kids. We were able to relax and hang out at the house but we also ran around. This historic old home is BEAUTIFUL!!! The close proximity to highways made it convenient but there were great options of things to do and eat very close. Saturday morning we walked a block down to the Governor’s Mansion just to see the grounds. Crystal was super great at communication! Fun stay!!!

We stayed here while attending the 2024 softball World Series at Devon Park. The location was perfect for ease of access to the stadium! Plenty of comfy bedding to accommodate everyone and super cute!

Had such a nice peaceful evening with friends in the celebration of my sister getting married! We all collectively agreed we could see ourselves living there :-)

We loved this space! The home oozes character and history while being stylish and comfortable. It is located central to so many things, and we could see the capital from the front yard. Highly recommend staying here!
