"This property was perfect for my family including my kids and grandparents. The back yard was 100% better than you can tell from the listing. It’s a modern remodel of an older house but it works great..."

Property was conveniently located to I-44 with shopping, dining, and a nice park close by. Property manager very responsive to the two small issues we encountered. Our grandchildren loved having their own space downstairs to hang out and sleep. The firepit outside was a nice bonus. The long dining table upstairs accommodated all 8 of us, and the overall space of the property was adequate. Home is obviously older, but is nicely decorated.Things of note: Bathrooms are very small, and there are no electrical outlets in either. Ceilings downstairs are very low. Our 6-foot family members had to duck going down the stairs and through the entryway. If you are 6'4", you probably will not fit. There are two exterior door downstairs. They are secured and monitored. The two windows downstairs are not covered and are ground level. I could easily look in from outside.

This property was perfect for my family including my kids and grandparents. The back yard was 100% better than you can tell from the listing. It’s a modern remodel of an older house but it works great and it was exactly what we needed. We will probably look this place up next time we need this much space!

The house was very clean which is not an easy review to get from me, we very much appreciated that. I do feel the listing was a little inaccurate. The house is old and has had some updates but there is no central heat in the basement. We stayed in January and it was a cold weekend, my husband and I slept in the basement and it was FREEZING even with the pioneer room heater running in the main living space, it is not enough to heat the basement. The downstairs shower did not drain causing the bathroom to flood every time someone took a 5 min shower. The heat upstairs was great but if you have the bathroom door shut and the heat is on be prepared to get hot bc there is no exhaust fan (in either bathroom). We liked the location as it was fairly close to the fairgrounds and we felt safe in the neighborhood.
