Auf unserem Roadtrip von Johannesburg nach Kapstadt waren wir sehr froh dieses schöne alte Farmhaus mitten in der kleinen Karoo zu finden. Es war sehr schön mitten in der Steppe ein Lagerfeuer zu machen, draußen zu sitzen und die alten Möbel haben uns sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Moment an die freundlichen Gastgeber. :-)

Such a wonderful quiet location with fantastic hosts who had been really thoughtful in what was provided. The house was like a home from home. Unfortunately we were only there for one night and it was cloudy but I would imagine the stars would be fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

It is a shame that there is not a shower but we were aware of that and understood this was difficult to change. There were gas rings and a microwave or open fire facilities but I had not appreciated there was no oven. This was fine for our one night stay.

big house in nice but remote setting/surroundings. 2 km away was a private game park, with free entrance - we saw 4 kinds of antilopes, giraffes, zebras and ostriches. A bit simple kitchen, but knew that and we like this for a few days

Lovely farm cottage hosted by a lovely and helpful couple. Hennie and Olene really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed our evenings and early mornings around the fire pit, and walked on the property. Such a peaceful and pleasant place to catch your breath. Well done!
