The room was very spacious, light and airy, with plenty of storage space. It was also quiet, which presumably the rooms at the front are not.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of choice, both savoury and sweet, and as the weather was good, we were able to eat by the pool every morning. The pool itself was delightful.
There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a useful path behind the hotel down to the harbour and beach.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The bedside tables, while very stylish, were highly impractical!

The property was nicely laid out, our apartment was spacious and well equipped. The hotel was very close to all of the amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Our apartment, which was lower level and tucked in a shaded corner, was without sunlight or airflow, for most of the day.
We had a shower / wet room that flooded one half of the bathroom, including the water running round the toilet. There was nothing to stop the movement of water around the floor
except a flimsy shower curtain. The dampness affected everything from our clothes, to the toilet paper. There was condensation on our bedroom window in the morning.
