This gated community provides a perfect oasis for your winter retreat. It is a ground floor unit that has a dedicated covered parking space at its entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a convenient adjacent dining area. There is a spacious living room with two sofas and several chairs, a great place to socialize. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, a large dresser and a vertical clothing cabinet, a large walk-in closet and a bathroom suite. The second bedroom has 2 twins, a dresser, a large closet and direct access to a full bathroom; the bedroom and bathroom complex can be closed off for privacy. There is also a study that has a sofa, and could be equipped as a bedroom. The unit has cable and internet access and there are two TVs; one in the master bedroom, and one in the Living room. There is a washer and dryer across from the kitchen. A large screened in lanai with comfortable lounge chairs flanks the unit and offers a panorama of the courtyard with palm trees. Both the Master bedroom and the living room have sliding glass doors that open to the lanai. There is direct access from the lanai to the pool area.
This unit is perfectly designed for an enjoyable and convenient Florida getaway.
