- a beautiful 48m² not overlooked terrace facing west with a shaded area,
- a spacious living room,
- a bedroom with a king-sized bed (180cm),
- a bedroom with two large single beds (that can be combined into a very large double bed),
- a fully equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower,
- washing machine, ironing facilities, hair dryer, vacuum,
- TV, Wifi,
- an access to the residence's private swimming pool and petanque court,
- a secure private parking spot.

By car, you can also reach Saint Tropez in 20 minutes, as well as other charming coastal resorts.
