The house is very close to Paris, 35 minutes from the center of Paris by RER (C).
It is located in a quiet residential area of Vitry sur Seine. A few minutes walk from the city center, shops and means of transport.

Warm and well equipped, it offers all the necessary comfort for up to 6 people (maximum!)

The house was built in 1925. It is a millstone house that is part of the architectural heritage of the Île-de-France. It is currently being renovated.

Arrivals are from 5 pm and departures before 10 am.
Late check-outs until 6pm or morning arrivals are possible for an additional cost of €250

HOME ORGANIZATION

The house is organized as follows:

On the first floor
A large living room of about 60m2.
A fully equipped kitchen.
A living room under a veranda that opens onto the garden.
The TV has NETFLIX, PRIMEVIDEO and APPLE TV subscriptions.

On the first floor
Two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub.

A large garden of 650m2 with large tables, barbecue, swings, games and chalet equipped for children.

Free street parking.

A NEAT LAYOUT AND DECORATION

The decoration of the house has been designed to create a friendly and warm atmosphere. A setting mixing country, bohemian and urban culture styles presents itself to all those pushing the front door.
The huge veranda in the living room offers a wonderful view of the garden.

WE TAKE CARE OF YOU

To make you feel at home as soon as you arrive, some essentials are at your disposal (coffee, herbal tea, sugar, condiments, soap, charcoal, dishwashing products, etc.).
Of course, the linen is provided and systematically cleaned by us between two rentals.
All measures are taken to ensure that your accommodations are cleaned and sanitized, eliminating bacteria and viruses such as Covid.

The house is perfectly suited to teleworking or to organize seminars.
Its originality stimulates conviviality and creativity.

FOR FAMILIES

We make everything available to welcome your children.
For babies, cots, sheets, sleeping bag, bath, high chair, booster seat and adapted crockery ensure their comfort.
For older children, indoor and outdoor games, books, swings and a cabin cabin are available to keep them entertained.
The property is totally secure and gated. Children can have fun in the garden in complete safety.

▬▬▬ INFORMATION TO NOTE
■ The house is being renovated. Some common areas (stairs, corridors) are not finished and finishing touches remain to be done (painting).

■ There is no air conditioning in the house. In summer it is hot. Fans are available for all rooms and thermal curtains at each window insulate from cold and heat.

■ The house has a lot of stairs, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

▬▬▬ HOUSE RULES
- Parties are strictly forbidden, i.e. music and more than 6 people in the property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The number of people present in the property must correspond to what was agreed upon at the time of booking.
- All forms of noise must stop after 8 p.m.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- Arrivals are from 5 pm and departures no
