It's a nice townhouse, spacious and well-equipped. It is located very central in Tralee with a big supermarket nearby.
The beds were uncomfortable and the blinds did not block the bright lights on the road outside. There was a constant clicking noise - we later figured out that it was coming from an insect trap located under the bed.
It was difficult to get hot water for the kitchen sink (and there is no dishwasher).
The host demanded an extra utility fee of 20 Euros per night. She was unfriendly and put pressure on us to pay it in cash soon after we arrived. I assume it is a way to get around paying taxes (and getting extra money out of customers).

Beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located. The beds were like clouds, and the aesthetic almost stopped us from checking out any attractions on several occasions.
There is nothing that comes to mind. This was a lovely place to come back and relax in after a day's hiking.

Clean, modern, cozy, well situated in the town centre. Property manager Mary was friendly and accommodating.
As soon as I had booked, extra costs began flooding my inbox. 20 euros per night in cash for utilities expected up front. 200 euros deposit in cash for damages expected up front. Asked to bring our own towels. Trident (the property agency) should include all the costs in the price per night going forward.

I booked the holiday home for my uncle & aunt travelling from Malaysia. They stayed there for 9 days and loved it so much. The host Mary is a lovely lady and very accommodative. The house is nice, clean & lovely - superb facilities & location. Shops and restaurants literally a few steps away. Will definitely book this again if going to Tralee.
