Convenient location-- nice walkable neighborhood and walking distance to 5th ave shops and restaurants (although this does entail a stretch along traffic-congested tamiami). Duplex overall was pleasant and comfortable. Nice, modest, screened porch area and some backyard.
The grill. The one that was in-place was very rusty rickety. I asked that the grill be replaced, and someone came to take away the old grill but a new one never arrived.

Loved the open layout, full size refrigerator, sink and stove! Good water pressure and temperature. Excellent location!
The outdoor furniture was a little dingy. The beds weren’t amazing and the bedding, although abundant, was kind of scratchy.
