Perfect Spot for a Getaway!If you’re looking for a spotless, well-equipped place just minutes from the beach—this is it! The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beautiful shoreline, charming downtown area, and the fun local trolley. Plus, there are so many amazing restaurants just around the corner.We celebrated our 40th anniversary here and made so many wonderful memories. We hope to return again soon!

We love Naples and this was a great Vrbo to be at. Neighborhood is beautiful and serene. Perfect spot for us and our dog.

Initial communication with property manager was good. We had a family issue come up a few days before our trip and weren’t sure if we could make it and communication was good. We ended up making the trip. The location was great, very close to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall the place was pretty clean, however there was some dog poo the cleaners missed. I sent a photo to the property manager as soon as we checked in so he would know it wasn’t our dog. He responded very quickly and apologized. The screened in patio was nice. The yard was fenced as advertised but it was not extremely tall and near the screened in patio it was bent over and any dog bigger than a small dog could have easily jumped over it. The biggest issue was the shower is not being cleaned properly. There were several areas with mold. There were also sugar ants in the kitchen. When we left I sent both a message on Vrbo and a text with pics of the moldy shower to the property manager. That was over 3 days ago and I have not received a response at all.
