Before check-in we received a message from our host. She let us know she was upgrading our suite to City Town 4 which is a bigger suite and 2-bed 2-bath. It was a beautiful suite, clean and comfortable. Krisztina did inform us the last 3 nights we would stay in City Town 2 because of another booking in City Town 4. We really appreciated Krisztina’s hospitality throughout the stay.
On the first day staying in City Town 2 my husband woke up with bed bug bites throughout his body. He got at least 30 bites. In fact, we saw the bug on the bed so we can confirm it was a bed bug. Krisztina was apologetic and moved us to City Town 1 for our last night. (The suite I originally booked).
