The house was perfect for seven of us, including for kids. Everything was super clean and is in a great location. My teenage son loved the river nearby. He would just walk on the rocks in the morning and in the evening and enjoy the peace and quiet. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need.

This property is immaculate. The house was meticulously maintained and cleaned upon our arrival. The host took the extra steps to ensure the house features were easy to use (binder full of house/area information left in kitchen). The kitchen was stocked with a full assortment of utensils, cookware, plates and glassware. I cannot emphasize enough how clean and thoughtfully stocked this house was. The host reached out prior to our arrival and provided house information and a list of local attractions. The house location is ideal, as it is centrally located in an area that offers a lot. It is about a two minute drive to Loon Mountain, and also a two minute drive to downtown Lincoln, which offers many restaurants and shops. There is a lot to do year round. The host was extremely responsive with any questions I had and was beyond gracious to my my family and I (two adults and three young children under 5 y/o). This house was more than enough room to accommodate us and felt very spacious. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. The living room had a large sectional couch and big tv, making it a fun place for us to spend time together. I highly recommend this house, as it offers everything we needed, is in a fantastic location, was extremely clean and the hosts could not have been more accommodating and thoughtful. 10/10.
