About this house rental
This three level townhouse provides an ideal spot for any vacation or get -away. Two social areas both with flat screen televisions allow you to spread-out and relax. Enter to the foyer and from there the spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. These areas occupy the mid-level of the townhouse. The living room offers a large wrap-around couch, and large flat screen television. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating available close by at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has all that is necessary to create a meal. Additionally on this level you will find a 1/2 bath, the laundry room and access to the back deck. The primary and second bedrooms are located on the upper most floor and each have a queen size bed, air conditioning and private bath. On the lowest level you will find the third and fourth bedrooms each with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bath. Also on the lowest level is a second living room with comfortable seating and another flat screen television.
As a guest staying at the Riverfront Townhouses, you are welcome to use the two outdoor swimming pools (summer use only) located at the Riverfront Condos. The condos are approximately ½ mile from your accommodation. Or you can take a dip in the nearby old-fashioned river swimming hole, which is located to the left onto Penstock Road.
Upon entering the condo area, you may turn right onto West Branch Road to access one pool, or left onto Penstock Road to access the second pool. Tennis courts are also available in both directions.

The outdoor pool and tennis area are available in the summer season only and may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
Riverfront homes no longer allow use of fireplaces.
This unit has two air conditioners, one in each upstairs bedroom.
There is an electric grill on the deck and a gas grill under the deck.

This condo was a great location for our Loon Mountain Ski Trip. We enjoyed the open family room area and mudroom for ski equipment. It was close to the slopes as well as shopping.

This property has a great layout and was incredibly comfortable for our group of six! With two living areas and three and 1/2 bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck, which overlooks the woods and from which you can hear the river. As a major bonus, the upstairs bedrooms feature A/C—a huge plus, as many other properties we considered did not have this.A huge thank you to Linda at the property management company, who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect match for our group. She spent a lot of time with us truly understanding what we were looking for and discussing various property options until we found the right one.A quick note on supplies: Be sure to come prepared, as amenities are minimal. The liquid soap dispensers were all empty (only small bar soaps were provided), and there are exactly eight bath towels and no pool towels. On the plus side, there were plenty of paper products available!

The condo is perfect for skiing at Loon, it is in a great location. Also, the place is very comfortable and clean, with all you need! We had a great time and would love to go back again!

This place is roomy and full of bedrooms and bathrooms, which was great, however it was rather dirty and in need of a good, deep clean. (Aside from needing an overall clean, the downstairs bathroom hadn't been recently cleaned before we arrived.) The deck looked like it hadn't been cleaned all season. Furniture was in disarray and I had to wipe everything down and scrape a layer of dirt off the table.
Easy checkout. Loved the location and it's not a bad place if it gets cleaned.
