Everything was great. The property is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner kindly provided towels, beach chairs, and a beach bag for us to use while at the house. Furthermore, the neighborhood is really nice and people are really friendly.. I lived in Rhode Island for three years and this was a reunion trip with me and all my law school friends. It was very memorable. I would love to return.
The only thing I would note is that the location of the house sits on the corner of Montauk and second. It can be a little tricky to find for that reason.

The beach house is in a lovely neighbor, friendly, with an East walk to the beach and local restaurants.
Very Clean, wonderful outdoor shower, and the kitchen has everything you need if you are going to cook there.

What a gem! Larger space than appears in pictures with two large sitting areas so that everyone has room to do what interests them! Beautifully decorated, lovely outdoor deck, there is no hot tub but outdoor shower is fabulous. Kitchen well outfitted, bath essentials provided to make traveling a breeze! Great for families with teen-agers (who might want their own space sometimes)
