About this house rental
You've got the second floor of a highly desirable, modern house with large windows looking directly down the length of Lake Pepin. This is one of the few true waterfront properties in the area. You'll never tire of looking at the Lake ... But if you do: look out the other direction at a crystal clear stream and then the open woods of Hok Si La Park. Take a stroll to the park and you’ve got miles of land to explore. Bald eagles nest nearby. Take a bike path to downtown Lake City.
Free access to two paddle boards and a canoe.
Feel like staying in? A Smart TV (Roku TV) on wheels can be put in any room. Or perhaps you'd like some music? Any music you can hear on your phone can be streamed to built-in ceiling speakers (in-house Sonos system).
Take in the lake from a deck with stairs to private beach. Fire ring.

This was a perfect spot on the map to host a mother/daughter getaway for my two beloved beautiful daughters. The space was very charming, welcoming, and inviting. We felt at home right away. The views of Lake Pepin are fantastic! So fun to watch the sailboats, the fishing boats, and more. We saw many fish congregating in areas close to shore and even leaping from the water. It was a gift to stay at this charming lakeshore place and have access to Lake Pepin, sailing, good food, and more! It was a great place to relax after after being out and about. Great place to take in the beautiful widening of the Mississippi River - Lake Pepin! Special place. Sweet memories! Special thanks to Adam. Great host! Communication about rental was top notch!
