Enjoy your stay in our cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath bungalow in the Germantown/Schnitzelburg area. Safe, young neighborhood with plenty of local restaurants and bars nearby.
Indoor Space: Upstairs bedroom has 1 California king bed. The downstairs bedroom has a comfy full pull-out couch with a tv with a firestick. Living room has a record player and stereo and a tv setup with streaming platforms and an antenna. One full bath with essentials. The chest in the living room has board games. Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and dishwasher. High speed wifi.
Outdoor Space: Large backyard, perfect for outdoor activities. The back patio has a full patio set including a dining table, chairs, and a couch. We have a propane grill and a firepit, which you are welcome to use. Camping chairs in the garage for use. Plenty of street parking.

Myself and three friends came into town for the Bourbon & Beyond Festival and this was the perfect house for our long weekend stay. The neighborhood felt safe, street parking was easy, Ubers were so quick and not too pricey. On top of all that, Elle was so great and always quick to respond. We loved our little weekend home.

We stayed at this property for the Kentucky Derby. Great location for a trip to Churchill Downs or University of Louisville. Cute welcoming house and owners.
