Four enclosed King bedrooms plus an open walkout-basement sleeping loft with two King beds: six King beds total. The basement beds are in two zones on opposite sides of one open space. Pull-close shades provide visual separation only, not acoustic privacy.

The property was clean, the mattresses were great, separate bathrooms for each room. Loved the hot tub. Well stocked kitchen with pots and pans and spices. Good location, close to downtown and the Churchill Downs. Maybe a 40-minute drive to some of the more famous distilleries. Enjoyed our stay.

Such a great place for our group to crash for a one night. Everything was as described and the bathroom had even more of a wow factor once in it. Loved the well manicured backyard with some yard games. The neighborhood was peaceful, which is often the big unknown. Excellent stay all around. One small ps - be aware an older home with beautiful wood floors can have some creaks but that’s to be expected.

Here’s a polished, friendly VRBO-style review you can use or tweak:This house worked perfectly for our group of four couples on a weekend bourbon trip. Having separate bathrooms for everyone was a huge plus and made the stay very comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking, so we can’t speak to the kitchen setup, but the beds were comfortable and everyone had good things to say about their accommodations. Overall, it was a great fit for our group and exactly what we needed for the weekend.
