The owner put a lot of effort into amending the infrastructure and design to look and feel modern and functional, with attention to detail, providing many useful tools and accessories. There is a beach kit for guests (umbrella and mats).
The place is a few minutes walk from the fish market and city historical center.
You have to climb 6-7 stair cases to reach the 3rd floor apartment.
You need to empty the AC drainage water into the sink (some 15 kg when full).
The water system sounds an annoying whistle every time water is used.
The balcony is very small and wasn’t pleasant in the heat of summer.

Tak z 600m od centrum.
Plaża ok 2.2 km
Sklepy wokoło.
Bardzo sympatyczny właściciel.
Mogliśmy zostawić wcześniej bagaż oraz na dłużej po wymeldowaniu.
3 piętro ciut męczące, wokół kamienicy dużo śmieci...mogło być ciut czyściej.

Własciciel jest fantastyczny - na oczy go nie widzieliśmy, ale kontskt przez whatsupa szybki i skuteczny.Mieszkanie ma swój urok i klimat. Jest przestronne i bardzo przyjemne. Punkt turystycznie dobry do zwiedzania miasta i okolucy. Lokalizacja - w dość chałaśliwym centrum, 15 min spaceru od Piazza Duomo i słonia. Do Catania Cebtrale 40 min pieszo. Jest pralka i suszarka. Parasol na plażę. czekała na nas też kawa i mleko. Jeśli chcesz zasmakowac prawdziwej Katanii, to polecamy.
3 wysokie piętro bez windy jest wyzwaniem po dniu pełnym słońca, Klimatyzacja moglabyć mocniejsza i schładza tak naprawdę tylko sypialnię. Łóżko wygodne, kanapa w pokoju z kuchnią i rozkladany fitel nieco mniej.
