Really enjoyable.

-Excellent location in an interesting place which was quiet and peaceful. It was a good base for us to explore that part of North Norfolk. The pub in Reepham recommended by Mike was excellent.

More toilet rolls should have been available, and a cleaning spray for the kitchen would have been appreciated.

We had a great stay in this cozy little place. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay again for sure

Lovely short break in a good location, perfect for dog walking/cycling. We really enjoyed out stay.

Beautiful caravan with a lovely setting and well equipped. Very welcoming owner that was on hand should we need anything.

Staying in a lovely van called Tom , with my Husband a ditties

The Accommodation was fantastic , everything was so well thought out to the colours iin the bedrooms to the furnishings in the lounge , everything was perfect TOM was like a posh home from home so much so we didn't want to leave , it was lovely to sit on the Veranda to watch the little vintage trains in the station

Wish the Chinese takeaway had been open , joking aside nothing was wrong it was 100 % thank you Tom is a beautiful van , you must be proud of him

Absolutely fantastic location and facilities very relaxing

Beautiful setting quiet and peaceful. The caravan was well laid out plenty of space and had everything we needed.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The only thing is took us quiet a while to work out how to use the remote control for the tv as it’s totally different to the one we use so maybe a guide in the welcome pack for techno phones like us might be useful

Lovely caravan with a great stay easy and relaxed

The property was well presented with lots of homely features towels provided toilet roll tea coffee and sugar tea towels even had a air fryer and free wifi which was excellent as no phone signal car parking outside caravan also near a lovely historic train station lovely quite site also had extras like books DVDs large tv heating if needed fridge with small freezer also a washing machine if staying more than 7 nights also outside decking with patio furniture

The dirty sofa, uncomfortable sofa,in all not very clean or well maintained.Power cut first night,no one bothered to come and see if we were ok,it was cold and nothing to cook on

The mobile home needs refreshing in decoration and the oven replacing

The location was near the steam railway.

The mobile home needed updating and the site was a bit scruffy but there was ongoing work to tidy it up while we were there. The gas oven took a ridiculous amount of time to cook.

Best caravan I stayed in.

Everything was absolutely amazing, it was very clean, the double bed is very comfortable, even has an electric blanket on for extra heat. The hosts gave us everyting from towels, coffee, tea.

A hidden haven away from the bustle of the coast.

Fantastically equipped caravan and surprisingly spacious - everything you need down to tea and coffee. The site is very peaceful and secluded but within 20 mins of Holt and Fakenham. An ideal location for those who are looking to unwind and relax after a busy day sight seeing.
