Уют, чистота, все необходимые принадлежности на кухне и в ванной, прокат авто в 200 м с отличными условиями (ABC..) .отзывчивые хозяева, по приезду нас ждали сэндвичи, перед отъездом угостили греческой выпечкой и подарили подарочки, очень мило и приятно,в день вылета разрешили остаться до поздна тк у нас был ночной перелет

Lage Nähe Strand, aber auch zur Buslinie , die direkt ins Zentrum führt. Nebenstraße ohne eigentlichen Durchgangsverkehr. Klimaanlage, Küche, Kühlschrank, Balkon, alles sehr komfortabel.
Trotz der Lage an der Nebenstraße gibt es erstaunlich viele Roller und Autos, die nachts ums Haus kurven (Hochparterre). Im Apartment sind viele Dekoobjekte, die Ablageplatz wegnehmen.

Nous avons malheureusement été piqués par des punaises de lit deux jours après notre arrivée... Le canapé est très inconfortable et il n’y a pas de télévision, ce qui limite les moments de détente. La terrasse est peu mise en valeur : le linge de la voisine du dessus y sèche, ce qui gâche un peu l’espace. La climatisation présente une fuite à l’extérieur. Enfin, la douche est vraiment exiguë, ce qui rend son usage peu pratique.
