We were promised more than was delivered

Check in was very easy

They said that parking was free and then charges us 10 EUR to park at the apartment. The apartment was noisy - next to a main road

The apartment was cosy and it has all the utilities.

We had an incident with the host regarding the extra-charge for late check in and the parking cost which were not mentioned on booking but, after long discussions, accepted our reservation. The location doesn't have see view.

Cosy, clean, near the see.

The Host was very polite and the apartament ist right near the see. The flat has air conditioning too, so it is very confortable on warm italian Days. It was clean and cosy. We were in 4 and we spent the time good.

Bonne situation près de la mer et du centre, idéal pour un bon dépaysement.

Tres bon acceuil. Nous avons bien apprécié l'ensemble de l'appartement, sa grande terrasse, et le fait que la chambre à coucher n'est pas du côté de la route bruillante.

Place de parking devant la maison, grand risque pour sortir la voiture lié au fait de la grande circulation et de piquets de délimitation dangereux. En plus ces places ne sont pas gratuites. Lave vaisselle pas vidé et si plein que la vaisselle était sale. Plaque de cuisson très sale. Nous les avons nettoyé à fond. La propriétaire sera contente.

Falsch beschriebenes Appartement! Muss man ändern!

Appartement wurde falsch reserviert. Mussten 1 Nacht im einten, dann am nächsten morgen alles wieder zusammenpacken und in ein anderes, was absolut nicht dem entsprach, was ich gebucht hatte. Gebucht war eines mit im Foto 3 geschrieben eines mit 2 Schlafzimmern mit je einem Doppelbett! Das einte Zimmer war gerade mal 5m2 gross ohne Schrank und gewiss kein Doppelbett. Balkon hatte es auch nicht. Keine Kaffeemaschine keine Waschmaschine. Es war dunkel. Es kostete das Doppelte gegenüber den Freunden im Appartement ober uns. Bei denen war es so wie im Beschrieb. Anhand der Putzfrau gibt es in dem Vaus gar kein Appartemt wo 2 Doppelbettzimmer sind. Verkauft auf Booking.com wird es aber. Es war Appartement Nr.4. Nicht zu empfehlen. Die anderen Nummern sind gut.

Struttura confortevole Appartamento spazioso , luminoso ,molto funzionale (NON MANCA NULLA) , molto pulito e accurato e con una vista mare eccezionale.. Altrettanto carino il patio col giardino spazio comune a tutta la struttura. Possibilità di parcheggio comodo come servizio aggiuntivo. Staff gentile e disponibile Consigliatissimo

Eravamo di passaggio per una vacanza in Francia. La camera affacciava sul cortile quindi, per fortuna, silenziosa poiché la struttura sorge sulla strada principale rumorosa e molto trafficata. Il letto della camera principale comodo, quello del divano letto un po’ meno!

Die Lage zum Strand ist super. Das Appartement hat mehrere Zimmer, da gibt es sicherlich schönere als unseres gewesen is

Die Unterkunft war groß und hatte zwei Wc‘s Eine davon mit Dusche. Die Küche hatte einen Backofen und es gab eine Mini Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist optimal für Strandtage in Diano Marina. Es gab genügend Handtücher.

In der Dusche löste sich die komplette Dichtung. Überall waren Spinnweben an der Decke, die Wohnung in der wir waren Appartement 2 war sehr dunkel, war zwar Erdgeschoss aber hatte eher Kellerflair. Man konnte sich auch aufgrund der zahlreichen Mücken nicht angenehm raussetzen. Für 2-4 Nächte okay.

La proprietaria ci ha salvati da un situazione critica poichè avevamo prenotato nella struttura AppartamentiVacanze sempre a Diano Marina, ma alle 16.00, orario del check in ci ha annullato la prenotazione. Area 123 ci ha dato un appartamento pulito e ampio, dotato di ascensore e doppio balcone con vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo. Da consigliare e da ritornarci.
