I found this hotel through aggregator websites. Selected this hotel for a great price. The hotel is equipped with convenience, staff is very helpful, rooms are comfortable , restaurant food is excellent, parking facilities are available on the spot, cloak room facility was provided to me and it was great.
What didn't go well is (1) The location of the hotel is a bit off, so for e.g. there are no provision store nearby and (2) some items in the room were not working as expected (for e.g. money safe and toilet flush switch).

All aspects are good ... staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms are good, comfortable, and clean.
Distance from the city center and Kashi Vishwanath Temple is quite far. Not a feasible option if one is frequently making visits to Kashi area.

Muskan the day manager was brilliant and really helpful. it's a shame I was working at night
Night staff over vigilant trying to charge and over charge for anything they can. instead of being helpful they were just trying to put money in their wallets. Shame good hotel but night staff need to. learn to be helpful
