Das Haus war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Fast direkt am Wasser (einmal über den Weg in den eingezäunten Bereich). Ein eigener Kanadier für das Haus mit Paddeln und Rettungswesten stehen zur Verfügung.
Der Anfahrtsweg zum Haus ist sehr holperig mit zum Teil großen Vertiefungen im Kiesweg. Die Lage am See ist schön, jedoch kann man von dort aus nicht gut zu Fuß (z.B. mit Hund und Kindern) loslaufen um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wustrow mit den nächsten Busverbindungen ist zwar nicht weit weg, aber es gibt keinen „entspannten“ Fußweg dorthin. Daher ist man ohne Auto etwas „aufgeschmissen“.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Haus Rike und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Ordentliche und saubere Zimmer, ruhige Lage in der Natur, Seezugang mit Kanu
Es wäre vielleicht schön, etwas Holz für den Kamin vorrätig da zu haben.

Die Lage und Ausstattung über Kajak bis hin zu allem was man tun Kochen braucht. Schönes helles gemütliches Haus.
Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können.(zbsp. voller Staubsauger, Brezeln unter der Couch,)
