You’ll love relaxing together after a fun-filled day on the Beach or at the Pool in the bright and welcoming Living Area. Summer Beach 103 has classic Nautical decor, an abundance of cozy furnishings, and calming natural light. Wander out to the Private Balcony to take in the beauty of the Beach. This Condo is also perfectly situated outside the Pool, so it’s an easy stroll out your door, or enjoy watching the kids play from the balcony.
The Well-Stocked Kitchen is perfect for Family meals, or you can take advantage of some of OC’s most fantastic Restaurants that are all within walking distance! Shops, entertainment, and more are right at your fingertips when staying at Summer Beach. The Boardwalk is a short drive away, and you’re not too far from West OC, home to some of our favorite shopping and dining venues.
The Primary Bedroom provides a comfy King Bed, bright, sunny decor and bountiful natural light from the dual sliders. Private Balcony Access will allow you to to listen to the waves and enjoy the salty sweet air after a long day of fun in the sun. The Primary and Bedroom 2 share a Jack and Jill Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 2 is a great space for your little ones with a fun nautical theme, Flat Screen TV, and 2 Twin Beds. The cozy feel of this room will have your little angels sleeping soundly after each day of fun! Just down the Hall is the 2nd Full Bathroom with a Tub/Shower Combo. There’s also a convenient Washer and Dryer, just in case you need it!

Wonderful. Staff cared, location was excellent, comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed waking up with views of sunrise and beach, then few steps away you get access to many restaurants and stores. The proximity to beach was amazing, beach was very clean. Access to boardwalk is not few steps away but manageable. Our family enjoyed every minute and would love to come back!
