This property is centered in the heart of the mountain bike capital of the world and is a short distance to Bentonville's premier trails, local restaurants, coffee shops, and so much more. Crystal Bridges Trail, Razorback Greenway, and Slaughter Pen Mountain Bike Trails are just a few steps from the front door!

Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.



House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):

Great location next to bike trails.The townhome was great, very modern and spacious, clean and well appointed in the kitchen department.The garage was very large as well and fit a full size SUV with room to spare.The host checked in with us throughout our stay and offered to fix any issues we might have.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We loved being so close to the biking trails and just minutes from downtown for shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the area!

This home was perfect for our quiet family getaway. The place is spotless. The buildout is new, modern yet cozy. Massive master shower with dual heads. Very nice host and management company too!
