The 5,000 SF house sits at the tip of Three Mile Harbor in East Hampton on a quiet and peaceful dead-end street on a nature preserve with hiking trails. The house was gut renovated and is fully equipped for your family to enjoy during the summer or off season months.
If you're looking for a place to recharge and re-energize, you've come to the right place. With 5 bedrooms, multiple family areas, and a fully furnished basement, you get the best of both worlds: a sense of privacy and quiet time all to yourself, and an amazing space where you can spend time with your group. Blackout shades in every bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a feast for your friends and family. Enjoy meals under vaulted ceilings at the indoor dining table or al fresco under the dimly lit pergola.
The outdoor kitchen has a 48 inch grill and fridge. The basketball court and gym with a Peloton bike, weights and yoga mats will keep you active. A playground for the kiddos and fire pit area with Adirondack chairs make for amazing outdoor memories
Best part is the gunite pool that’s a refreshing Mexican blue color. The pool is surrounded with lounge chairs that get amazing sun exposure throughout. We provide an outdoor speaker, so you can listen to some tunes while you work from home or relax with that adult beverage.
There are outlets outside, so you can "work from home" while you enjoy the sun and the water. And we made sure the WiFi signal was perfect out there, so you'll never have to worry about bad reception or slow speeds again! Level up your meetings with a real zoom background, no blurred backgrounds here!
The house comes stocked with plenty of beach chairs + umbrellas, pool/beach towels, and even a cooler so you don't have to worry about sun filled beach days. All soaps and shampoos included. And yes, all the hangers you need. There’s an additional fridge in the garage (summer months only) for bulk food and drink storage.
For all you tired parents and coffee lovers, we got you covered—there's a Nespresso machine, cold brew setup, Keurig and drip machines in the kitchen.
We are local and will help you plan your trip with dinner recommendations, insider local tips—the best beaches to go to—and steer you in the right direction for kids activities (like swim or surfing lessons).

Propane is $3.5/gallon after 10 gallons. This is for the pool heater and to make sure it's not on 24/7 because it get expensive if left on during cold nights. In previous summers, no tenants used the pool heat as it is very pleasant without it.
Patio furniture is not available during winter but fire pit + firepit chairs are year round.

We came to the Hamptons for the first time and it rained throughout our stay. Eric & Patti’s house is a perfect place for all weather it turns out! It is a large but cosy, clean, well equipped house. We had the pool heating on and swam everyday despite the weather, the extra cost of which wasn’t as much as we thought it would be. We had a BBQ in the rain using the large umbrellas provided….usually for sun shade :-)We are British and the weather didn’t phase us, we were just able to adapt our plans and Eric was brilliant at suggesting ‘wet play’ venue ideas, restaurants and other recommendations. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Our kids (ranging from 9 to 17) all had a great time in the house. There were plenty of games to play, toys in the garage, pool tables and gym equipment to keep everyone entertained, not to mention the super comfy sofas throughout the house, perfect for movies! I definitely recommend Eric & Patti as really great hosts providing an excellent home from home! :)

It was a great stay all around. The hosts are wonderful. They really went above and beyond. Great restaurant ideas, activities for kids, rainy day recs, surf spots, grocery delivery, plus quickly responses to house-related questions/issues. A++
The house layout worked perfectly for our family, which was my sister’s family of 4, my family of 3, and our parents. Interior design was chic, current, and very comfortable. The tile work in the bathrooms and kitchen didn’t appear gut renovated/new but clearly most of the house was and beautifully done.
The pool plus basement full of kids toys and pool table kept the 3 kids happy even when it rained. There wasn’t a lot of room for our groceries but nice that they offered spices and lots of plates, quality appliances, etc. We were so grateful they had beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs -- super helpful.
We have visited East Hampton many times but never tried this location. We liked it and found the drive to town not bad. Neighborhood is nice and street was easy to walk for exercise plus there’s a trail at the end of the street.

Property was very nice. Owner is amazing...so responsive and very helpful. They just want their guests to be happy. House has a lot of beach supplies and basic bathroom and kitchen mainstays which was very helpful. We had a great time and highly recommend!

It was perfect. The house was organized, well stocked and beautiful. My family and I loved it. The host checked in and if anything was missing would mail next day. We loved our stay.
