About this house rental
MtP STR Permit:ST250296/MtP BL:20137752. 10 Guests Total. LocationTimesThree!!! 5 minute walk to Shem Creek bridge,park,and restaurant area…plenty of off-street parking. The kitchen includes stove,fridge,dishwasher,microwave and toaster oven, and several coffee-making/hot water options.The sunken LR features pool table,ceiling fan,and Smart TV...and LED fireplace in the Dining Room. Sunroom overlooking fenced backyard.
The space
The rental has a private front entrance and 2 rear exits to a secure backyard with a 6 foot privacy fence. The rental consists of Kitchen, Living Area (with pool table, TV, and seating area), Dining Room, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a sunroom. The balance of the house is separated from the guest/rental portion and consists of owner storage and living area. Bedrooms 1&2 and Bathroom 1 can be described as a Family Friendly Suite, as access to bedroom 2 is through Bedroom 1.
Guest access
Once inside the house, any locked doors you encounter will lead to the Owner’s Living Area or Owner’s Storage areas and are not accessible to guests. Fyi…additional sheetrock and insulation was added to common walls to minimize sound transmission between Rental and Owner occupied areas. If there are additional items you require, please ask...I will try to accommodate, if possible.
Other things to note
The outside areas (lawn, gravel driveway, concrete walks, and brick stairs) have reasonably good lighting at night, but can be tricky to walk due to shadows. Just be mindful and aware! Thanks!
The driveway and walks were recently upgraded. The landscaping and lawn is a work in progress, so please try to stay on the gravel or concrete to avoid the dirt and mud! Your patience is appreciated!

Perfect location in walking distance to restaurants and 10-15 min drive to downtown Charleston and Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island. Two rooms have two beds (and another small room has a trundle) so perfect for a friends get away - so no sharing which is often the case!

House was exactly what we needed for an extended weekend visiting the SEWE show and watching college baseball at Patriot Park. Highly recommend.

The house worked great for our family! Everyone had their own bed and room to spread out. We enjoyed playing games in the sun room, challenging each other in a game of pool, cooking our Thanksgiving dinner with ample space in the kitchen, and not having to shift cars around when someone wanted to leave.John was a wonderful and very accommodating host!
