About this house rental
Fabulous Lowcountry style home just a short stroll to the beach! The second floor is raised and features an open living area with flat screen TV, large open kitchen, and dining area with enough chairs to seat the whole family. The back den has a second TV and acts as another gathering area. A large veranda spans the front of the home with rocking chairs, hammock and gas grill, perfect for relaxation. The third floor master suite opens up to a stunning veranda. The ensuite master bath features a whirlpool tub and large walk in shower with double sinks and make-up vanity.

We wanted to let you know that the City will be performing a beach renourishment project from to enhance and preserve our beautiful shoreline. While the work involves moving sand to widen the beach, it will primarily take place around low tide hours and should have minimal impact on your enjoyment. You may notice some equipment and hear occasional beeping from trucks during the day, but beach access will remain open and safe throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll still have a relaxing and memorable stay by the ocean!

This house was in a great location for our family, and accommodated us well. There was some debris from recent maintenance inside the house. Housekeeping responded quite quickly and cleaned it up. Some of the furniture could use updating.

Nice house, great location. Upon arrival there were a few maintenance problems that were handled promptly. Also had a roach and ant problem that was reported to the management company and the response was this is a tropical climate. There is a difference between tropical climate and pest control problem. Finally, after about four weeks they scheduled a pest control company to come out and spray. They sprayed and immediately scheduled a follow up visit within two weeks. The problem was better but was not completely resolved and the company planned to come back after our time was up. Hopefully the next vacationers don't have the same problem. Would have been nice if management had taken action sooner.
