We stayed for 2nights, although we arrived at 9pm, the staff welcomed us happily, assisted us with our luggage up to the 3rd flr since they dont have a lift. Clean towels and water bottles were proactively replenished. Owner gave us free coffee in the morning so nice of her! 🥺 Hotel is fully furnished, smartlock doors. Location is in the citycenter plenty of restau, shops, the entire road. Walkable. Would definitely recommend esp. if you are after excellent customer service and clean and secure facilities.

Honestly probably one of the best places I have stayed in vietnam. I personally had a great experience here as i got a single room at the back of the building it was clean and had a balcony facing the little garden bit/yard, and it has a nice calm vibe and there is literally a coffee place underneath so coffe before you set out Additionally the location is amazing and value for cash is superb. Also the owners and workers there are so nice and welcoming I would highly recommend staying here. I never normally leave reviews but this place was to nice not to.

the staff is really nice and accommodating with our requests! place is really comfy too, the bedsheets were so soft and nice 🤗 the location is good too, with most food places we wanted to go within 10 minutes walk or a short grab ride away. would highly recommend to anyone visiting dalat!
