    I came here for a business trip friendly and hard-working staffs, good breakfast, clean and spacious room, the stay exceeds my expectation! I got an upgrade to the presidential suit and everything was perfect. This is the best stay I've ever had!

    We were in Da Lat for 3 days. Good pricing on Agoda for this stay, which also included a good buffet style breakfast. The breakfast selection was adequate with mostly Vietnamese dishes. The hotel's staff is helpful with recommendations and accommodated us with any needs. The hotel's location is convenient to anything you might need and a 10-15 min. hilly walk to the Da Lat Market and night market.

    All are good during the stay. Plenty of free parking lots in the basement. Staff needs more attention on serving guests during breakfast time (not available to cook hot noodles, fry eggs or collect used plates and cutlery on guests'tables).

    The western Hill was used to four star hotel i guessed. Today they are still showed that they are four star but in fact they have downed their service to very basic room, no air conditioner, buffer is very light… of course the price is cheap compared with other four star. If you are looking for 4 star level, dont leave here. Location is convenient but it is noise
