    Mình đến ks gửi đồ vào buổi sáng rồi chờ đến giờ checkin, rất biết ơn vì khách sạn nhắn mình có thể checkin sớm lúc 11h. Phòng đẹp và đủ tiện nghi, vị trí thuận tiện để đi bộ đến những địa điểm trung tâm. Cảm thấy hài lòng vì đã chọn Laam Boutique cho chuyến solo trip vừa rồi của mình.

    Very mouldy and unhealthy building. Arrived to the Double Balcony room we had booked to find a large growth of toxic black mould on the ceiling, room had an overwhelming mould smell. Badly contaminated. The gentleman manager allowed us to move to the family room on the second floor. Though there wasn't visible mould, we could still smell it. Had to wear a mask inside, even to sleep. Heaps of dust and moth cocoons. Room is not on the main road and the closest alley connecting to the main road has many rats. No hot water. I am sorry, this hotel has potential, the decor is attractive as shown in the pictures, but it is poorly maintained and unhealthy to inhabit.

    We were alittle surprised that it was located at a back alley but it was one of the things that we loved about it, as it sheltered us from the noise of the main road. The staff was very attentive even whatsapped us before our stay to ask if we needed a ride to the hotel. We also loved how it's so close to everything via the alley ways, every day we ventured a different turn. The room was lovely, there could be slightly more attentive to cleanliness like having a clean ceiling fan, we also found a cockroach crawling on the TV wall, and some rubbish under the console. Otherwise it was a very peaceful place to stay.
