Goleen Harbour

Great place, lovely cabins. Beautiful location

Die Lage war einzigartig, Sauna mit Blick aufs mehr Lokale trotzdem gut zu Fuss zu erreichen Sam und seine Frau sehr hilfsbereit

The eco resort drew us to an overnight stay in Goleen, and it didn't disappoint. We regret not leaving more time to explore the whole compound of the resort, which itself is a grand combination of so many things, including all those different sorts of gardens, plants, rocks, animals, sea views and even a wee pier. The cabin is very lovely and well designed despite its limited size. Listening to Enya inside while hearing the sea breeze through the bog and grass was some experience. The guide Matt was also very nice and explained to us everything clearly enough, including what was going on in town. Unfortunately jet lag put us into an earlier rest.

Some of the details of the room were a bit tricky, such as the entrance doormat that would actually block the toilet door. We also met some people in the morning at a garage thing (not sure if they were staff members) who didn't look too bothered while I was looking for eye contact.

Location

Disappointed with no access to WiFi. Totally understand the concept of the accommodation but I do think WiFi could be available.
