Il monolocale è adatto per una coppia (non di più) e dispone dell’occorrente per farsi da mangiare in autonomia. Bagno essenziale e pulito, con doccia, lavandino e wc(all’occorrenza anche una lavatrice). Acqua calda tramite boiler. Il divano letto con materasso matrimoniale è comodo. Armadio capiente.Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.
Tende oscuranti che non oscurano, luce esterna fastidiosa di notte (il monolocale è parte di un condominio fatto di negozi e bar), asta doccia da sistemare. Consiglio di dotare la tv di un dispositivo Google o similari che sono più pratici del pc portatile settato con tastiera slovena. Occhio all’acqua calda che si esaurisce se si sta troppo sotto la doccia.

A lot of kitchenware, cups, plates etc. Working washing machine. Shops and pharmacy closeby. Nice walk to the sea.
We werent aware that these quarters are basically an empty business place remade into an apartment. One whole wall of the apartment is a shop front, and outside people are walking day or night, sometimes even the motorbikes drive in front of it. No hot water, even when the water heater is on. The AC is over the head of the bed. Cheap mattress.
