The location was amazing- straight across from the beach! The kids also enjoyed the clean pool and the Smart TV for movie night! Undercover parking was a bonus too. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything that we needed.
Pity that there is a vacant block next door which was a bit unsightly, although this also meant ocean views from the bedroom. We found a two small kids toys under the coach upon arrival, obviously from previous guest.

We loved the convenient location directly opposite the quiet beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable and within a quiet complex which made it very relaxing. Communication with the owner was great, they were friendly and made it easy to collect the key for the apartment on arrival. We would definitely like to stay here again if we visit Batemans Bay in the future.
Having to leave this lovely place and go back to Sydney..

Good for short stays, great location. Quiet building. Nice to hear the beach. Full size fridge was handy
The washing machines in the common area didn't work. Only just enough cups, plates, utensils so regular washing by hand was needed. Beds were a bit firm for our liking
