Need scooter or car to get anywhere. Nothing nearby. Which is a plus for some and minus for others.

Big cozy and clean villa. Great pool. Price value was good.
Power outage, not enough toilet paper, hot water difficult to regulate in every shower, not hot water on first day. the villa has come in the years. Need overall good maintenance. On the first day we had technician all whole afternoon in the house.Kitchen needs better amenities. Not enough utensils. The master bed room is next door of the outside house. So if you have kids you cannot hear your kids. Not that great. Great for family with teenager kids.
