Stunning property and wonderful hosts but understand that one bedroom has no privacy.
Stunning property and gorgeous building. Wonderful host. Well appointed kitchen. A couple of complementary local craft Belgium beer were very welcome after a long day of traveling.
Two of the bedrooms were attached so there was no privacy for occupants in one of the bedrooms - even though they were separated by a door. The occupant of the far bedroom had to walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the bathroom at night. A floor plan showing this setup would be helpful and would set expectation. Complementary coffee would be nice. State that towels (if required) are extra $$$ in the upfront costs.

Fijn huis met een heerlijke open haard. Goed uitgeruste keuken en alles was erg schoon. Hele vriendelijke gastheer. Genoten van de sauna en jacuzzi

Authentiek huisje in de Ardennen
Zeer charmant en sfeervol huisje, erg rustig gelegen, en een zeer gastvrije gastheer. Erg leuk ook dat er een poolbiljart en flipperkast voor gasten is.
Om in de 2e slaapkamer te komen, moest je door de 1e slaapkamer lopen. Niet ideaal ‘s nachts voor lichte slapers. De 3e slaapkamer boven heeft een extreem lage plafond (dit staat wel duidelijk in de beschrijving overigens). Desondanks een fijn verblijf gehad 😁

Meine Geschwister und ich genossen im Haus eine perfekte Auszeit!
Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet, der Garten, die Umgebung perfekt, alles ruhig und äußerst idyllisch gelegen. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Für unsere Vorhaben lag die Unterkunft zentral in den Ardennen und somit perfekt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Bastogne, Houffalize und Lüttich.
Eine etwas größere Teeauswahl und eine Nespressomaschine oder andere Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee zu bereiten, wäre ein i-Tüpfelchen gewesen. Aber das ist nur eine Verbesserungsanregung.
