A beautiful house on the canal with everything you need and more.

The house is neat, modern and spacious and has everything you need. It is perfect for a long stay. The owners are very helpful and welcoming. The owners put up a Christmas tree which made it extra special as we were at the guest house for Christmas. It is an added bonus having a washer and tumble dryer. The house does have steep stairs but it did not affect us at all and we were informed about it before hand. I highly recommend this place and we would love to stay there again.

We were a bit cold as it was a very cold time of year. The heating could have been a bit warmer, especially in the second bedroom as the one bed sit right under a window. Nothing to complain about, perhaps we are just not used to the cold weather.

Relaxing stay in Rijpwetering

The host was very friendly and helpful. Communication from the host was good and clear instructions for key collection were provided. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious and the kitchen well equipped. We found the terrace on the water very relaxing. Although situated in a small town, the accommodation was close to Keukenhof, other attractions and Amsterdam.

Loved the location, smaller town but 25min drive to Amsterdam, 5mins to Leiden. Lots of communal space Full kitchen Laundry facilities Separate downstairs toilet

A very beautiful house, in a romantic and peaceful location, with very kind owners.

The house is in great location with a 20 minutes access to the airport and to Haarlem. It was also 20 minutes from the Greater Amsterdam Expo where we needed to be every day as this was a business trip. A little bit further from Amsterdam but the roads are so good that it really didnt matter. The house decoration is wonderful and everything well thought. Very polite owners that have put us notes with instructions about everything. We would sure visit again with our families to enjoy the Netherlands.

Our only discomfort was because the two showers were in the same bathroom making it difficult to for us to shower with another person in the bathroom, therefore we had to wait everyone to finish one by one. This arrangement may have been easier if it was a family staying in the house instead of colleagues on a business trip. And one last thing was that us as Mediterraneans we are used in a higher temperature inside the house than 21 degrees. This was bit cold for us, but all good.

We liked the Host’s hospitality. extremely friendly, funny, and welcoming.

The location in a popular region for seeing tulips and beautiful Dutch windmills and gorgeous boating locations. Leiden is close by and full of life and great museums.

The stairs to our bedroom were steep.

Ruim verblijf maar wel gehorig

Voldoende ruimte als je met groot gezelschap bent! Gratis parkeren.

Gehorig. Slaapkamer 1 zit naast de trap met een raam naar de trap, komt veel licht doorheen van de gang. Slaapkamer 2 grenst met deur aan de badkamer en wc en op Slaapkamer 3 op zolder zat een installatie (geen idee waarvoor) die zoemde en licht af gaf. Voor lichte slapers niet ideaal.

Zeer ruime woning. Heel rustig gelegen.

Tip voor de eigenaar. Misschien kan je vermelden dat de slaapkamers op de eerste en tweede verdieping liggen en enkel met een (vrij steile) trap te bereiken zijn. Wij hadden één persoon van 89 jaar die niet meer zo goed te been is. Misschien hebben we het in de omschrijving gemist, maar dan had het er duidelijker mogen bijstaan.

Umgebung war sehr schön, Ferienhaus sollte hygienischer sein. Gartenmöbel sollten ersetzt werden.

Die schöne Natur. Gute Vehrkehrsanbindung.

Das Bettzeug war sehr schmutzig, es sollte bei Auszug die Bettwäsche abgezogen werden, dabei kamen sämtliche Flüssigkeiten auf dieser zum Vorschein, sehr sehr eckelig….

Erholsame Tage in schöner Umgebung.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet . Die Vermieter Peggy und Peter wohnen nebenan und sind super nett. Am letzten Abend haben wir mit Peter noch eine Bootsfahrt gemacht. Das war ein schöner Abschluss.

Die Beschreibung 2 Badezimmer ist verwirrend. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit zwei Eingängen und zwei Duschkabinen. Es ist ein Waschbecken und eine Toilette darin. Es ist ein Raum, der dann auch nur einzeln genutzt werden kann, es sei 2 Leute duschen parallel.

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad in een mooie omgeving.

Heel gezellig huisje aan het water met alle faciliteiten. Ook heel netjes. Goed gelegen met vlakbij ook openbaar vervoer en twee goede restaurants vlakbij. Mooie wandelingen in de buurt.

Bij het betreden voelde het huis erg koud aan. Dit beterde na verloop van tijd. Het was natuurlijk erg koud weer, maar toch. Er kwam heel veel tocht langs een van de voordeuren in de inkomhal binnen. We hebben de openingen dicht gepropt met papier. Dat was een heel verschil.
