Buena ubicación, bastante céntrica de todo.
Hay dos cosas que se deben tener presente: la primera, que al estar muy céntrico vas a tener que soportar mucho ruido, ya que los cristales no son de doble fondo para paliar el sonido que emerge de la calle. Por otro lado, el salón al no tener un estor que lo cubra hace que entre mucho calor a la vivienda concentrándose en esa zona, impidiéndole estar dentro del apartamento. Al ser tan pequeño, se calienta demasiado siendo imposible la estancia al mediodía y por la tarde. También, el hecho de no existir ese estor en el salón, provoca el que se pueda ver todo desde el exterior, ya que deja de existir intimidad por la noche, dado que las cortinas que hay son finas y transparentes.
