My only criticism is that the floor felt a little like it had beach sand on it. Not a major problem- just something I’m particular about.

The location and the decor of the place a very good. The views to the ocean are very good.
Also, the mini sauna, and gym are very nice.
The staff is not properly trained and you have to constantly remind them of things. Sometimes they are rude.
Also, you are paying for a 5* hotel and the staff, food, and facilities are not up to standard. For example, they have arguably one of the best ocean views and the pool is small and inward looking. They charge you for small waters. Everytime you spend on account to your room they keep on pre-authorising your credit card. Most of the vegetation is not properly groomed, most of the plants dead. The lunch menu is salads and sandwiches.
