Sheila at guest relations was helpful and as a staff, managing annoyed guests, she handled herself well. Comfortable bed, pool and found out later that they serve afternoon drinks at the chapel. A sink pipe leaked and they fixed it on the same day I advised them.

The sink pipe was leaking and I advised them of it the next day when reception was open. The leaking pipe was fixed the same day, however the room was not checked after the pipe was fixed and some towels were required as the maintenance people had apparently used some of them. Also, some of our personal products (toothbrush and eye liner) were put on the bidet which is definitely not where I had originally placed them (they were placed on the sink originally). I'm sure this doesn't normally happen, however I was bitterly disappointed.

A unique property. Small, nice heated pool, cool bar in an old chapel. The staff is incredibly attentive

Amazing bathroom, very nice quiet area, in an old monetary so it adds to the experience. Very good breakfast.

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable (though my friend disagrees)

Bed was comfortable and room spacious.

Swimming pool small, cold showers, water took very long time to get even slightly warm.
