About this apartment rental
We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Pietrosella, this charming air-conditioned apartment, with sight sea, with access to the sea with 150 meters, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 57 m², an open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 40 m² and a terrace. Wifi (optical fiber), we are waiting for you!
The housing is composed as follows:
- A bright living room of 57 m² exposed to the West with a TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a sofa and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A tiled terrace of 20 m² as well as a garden of 30 m² adjoining the half-enclosed terrace with furniture and electric plancha to enjoy a good meal facing the panorama!
- A private numbered parking for 2 vehicles.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Pietrosella, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Beach of Agosta (10 min on foot)
