About this apartment rental

This property was built so that your group can hangout on the property or be extremely convenient to the front ranges` best locations. **This is a Duplex. The unit has a separate entrance and is completely private. However, we do have guests in the other unit so you may run into them outside of the house or potentially hear them. The kitchen is fully stocked and we are central to Colorado`s two largest highways (I25 and I70). Every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable.

Smart TV and the fastest WiFi possible in the area. This home was fully remodeled summer 2020! Equipped with all new beds and furniture. There is a dining space for 6 people.

Bedroom 1 - The stylish master bedroom with a comfortable King size bed with ample closet space and a private full bathroom.

You`ll find 2 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You`ll find two walk-in showers, All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group`s needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There are 6 stools total for dining seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.

There are two dining areas that are perfect for enjoying a meal. There is the island which has 2 stools and the dining table with 4 more.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner`s closet (the is no in-unit laundry). Since this property is a duplex the driveway and backyard are shared.

I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 4min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!

Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the laundry room with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

LAUNDRY SPACE: The Laundry area is shared space between unit 1 and unit 2. Please be courteous of your neighbors when using this space.
Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. We respect our neighbors very much and expect the same from your group.

This is an older home, in a so-so neighborhood. The house across the street had late night parties in their backyard on 2 of the 3 nights we were there. This is a 2 bedroom unit with parking for 1 vehicle in the drive. One of the nights, the only space we could find was curbside at the end of the block. There are a lot of items which are pretty much standard in vacation rentals but are missing in this one. Mixing bowls, paper towels, enough K-cups for one cup per person per day etc. In the bathrooms, we got one set of towels each for the entire stay. No spares. The furniture is sub-standard, very uncomfortable couch and no table where 4 of us could eat. I don't know how long this homeowner has been doing this, but I hope they get other honest feedback and use it all to improve their property.
