This charming classic Denver bungalow—it’s an entire house, not a basement apartment— was originally built in 1907, and is only a 10-minute drive to Downtown Denver, with views of the city from your front porch!
Great location whether exploring the front range and mountains, working in downtown, or attending the stock show!
Walk in through the front door to find the bright, clean and cozy living room with electric fireplace and tv, a perfect space to wind down from your day of adventures. Down the hall, take your pick of 3 bedrooms, each with comfy beds and one room with an office area. The large kitchen with cute alcove eating area is fully functional with all of the tools you need to cook a meal and feel at home. All the furnishings in the home are brand new (as of July 2020).
The clean full bath with shower/tub combination is located off of the kitchen. At the back entrance of the home, you'll find a large mudroom with a foosball table, dart board and plenty of storage. The unfinished basement of this historic home is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The large driveway is secured with a gate and has room for up to 3 vehicles. The yard wraps around the outside of the house to the front yard, all fully and securely fenced with locking gates.
Guests will have full access of the home, yard, and gated driveway.
Other than the steps coming into the front of the house and the steps going down to the laundry room, this house easily accessible and stands on one level.

The stay was very good!! The home was close to our friends that we were visiting! It had more than expected!! We have never stayed in a home that provided as much as they did! The kitchen was packed full of seasoning, spices and everything you'd need to prepare a meal! The convenience of having a store next door was fantastic. It allowed us to purchase snacks and drinks without having to find a major store. The neighborhood is quiet, well kept and there were no security concerns. It is close enough to the highway to get to places quickly and yet far enough away from the highway to not have to deal with the highway noise.Our girls thoroughly enjoyed the game room and all of the games provided! The games were family fun games and it allowed us to create some great memories playing games together!! We would definitely book this place again!
