About this house rental
Located at the end of a dead end road, the accommodations are perfect for relaxation and rest. Beautiful place for nature lovers, idyllic quiet on a hill with a view, you will stay in this beautiful cellar of an old Gascon farmhouse transformed into a loft. Very bright, decorated in 2022, tastefully and equipped with all the necessary comforts, to ensure you a holiday under the sign of serenity. The loft is now equipped with air conditioning.
Adjoining the owners' home, this accommodations are completely independent with its own entrances. On a property of 18000m², you will enjoy the communal swimming pool with the owners (salt, 10x5), secured by a blanket, for sunbathing or a splash, reading a book on the different terraces ....or in the new terrace in the field! You will also relax by enjoying the large spa with a view of the Gascon countryside as well as the large garden for free.
This loft cottage of 85 m² fitted out on the first floor and mezzanine with completely independent access includes a living room with sofa bed 2 places, TV and kitchen, fully equipped with all household appliances, bathroom with toilet on the first floor, bedroom on the mezzanine floor with 1 bed 160. Internet access with fiber and Netflix access. On arrival your bed is made and we have also provided you with bath linen and kitchen linen, no need to clutter your luggage! Free parking in the property
In the immediate vicinity, you can take very beautiful walks for which you will find the itineraries on the website of the city of Lectoure. 2 golf courses are about twenty minutes away. Many castles, bastides and other monuments are within easy reach. The picturesque town of Lectoure, 5 minutes away by car, has several restaurants and shops, a cinema
