Cottage in a holiday residence 9kms from the beaches of Contis and Cap de l'homy on the Landes coast.
The cottage was renovated in 2021 and has a bedroom with a 160 by 200 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The living area has a sofa bed for extra sleeping. The cottage is on one level and has 2 terraces, one with a view of the Landes forest. The residence is equipped with free parking, tennis courts, petanque courts, ping pong tables and a restaurant with swimming pool (additional charge).
The residence is located 800 m from the city centre of Lit et Mixe with all services.

I enjoyed the stay very much. The holiday home is totally lovingly furnished and there are every imaginable things available. The location is very good. The shops in the village are within walking distance.
The grounds are well maintained and the proximity to the forest also offers a great view in the morning.
I like to come back.
